Ideal candidates hold an associate degree with RHIA/RHIT certification and have 3+ years of HIM operations management experience in an EHR environment, with preferred CCS/CPC/CHPS credentials.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• RHIA or RHIT registration/certification required; CCS/CPC/CHPS preferred.
• Minimum three years’ experience managing HIM operations and digital workflows in an EHR environment.
• Promotes compliance with Joint Commission standards and applicable federal and state laws.
• Demonstrates strong data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
