Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Health Information Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HIM operations, including chart processing and release of information.
• Monitor HIM KPIs and develop action plans for underperforming areas.
• Support staff education, training, and workflow optimization.
• Ensure HIPAA, CMS, and Joint Commission compliance.
• Provide leadership in absence of HIM Manager/Director.
• Assist with customer service and documentation issue resolution.
