Qualifications

• One year of leadership experience is preferred.
• Current permanent U.S. work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for the HIM team at one or more sites within Adventist Health.
• Monitors compliance with key HIM indicators to maintain enterprise objectives.
• Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement standards for data content.
• Leads abstracting and retrieval of medical data used for evaluation, planning or research.
• Creates a respectful work environment with advocacy for team.
