Aufgaben

• Coordinate external payer audits to obtain necessary documentation.
• Scan into Cerner and enter notes in Paragon; release of information with encryption of CDs.
• Review Paragon notes to ensure records are not merged or duplicate.
• Prepare a reconciliation report with the Business Office weekly.
• Notify physicians’ offices to complete pending documentation before mailing requests.
• Support Director/Manager with special projects; adhere to confidentiality of PHI.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
