Qualifications

• One year of leadership experience is preferred.
• Current permanent U.S. work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads the HIM team in daily operations and policy implementation.
• Monitors compliance with HIM indicators to support enterprise objectives.
• Develops standards for data content, mapping, and documentation.
• Investigates data variability to quantify impact and identify solutions.
• Oversees potential updates to electronic health records (EHR) and data collection at point of care.
• Provides coaching, performance reviews, and team development opportunities.
• Manages department budget and coordinates with leadership for priorities.
