Job summary

Intermountain Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Data Integrity Specialist I to support the Health Information Management (HIM) team in ensuring the integrity of the Legal Health Record and Master Patient Index.

You will analyze complex error scenarios including duplicate record resolution and overlay resolution. This fully remote, full-time role requires accurate, timely completion of error queues and collaboration with Revenue Cycle, Patient Access, IT partners, and external vendors to resolve

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to analyze complex information and apply critical thinking solutions.

Responsibilities

Complete daily work queues accurately and on time.
Demonstrates proficiency in advanced patient identification systems.
Complete time-sensitive daily error corrections and sensitive patient corrections.
Interact with Revenue Cycle, Patient Access, Technical teams and external partners to report and resolve errors.
Maintain accurate statistics to support high quality and productivity.
Comply with federal, state and local laws governing PHI.
