Eskenazi Health, the public hospital division of the Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County, seeks a HIM Data Integrity Specialist. The role focuses on identifying, assessing, and resolving data integrity issues within Epic and related systems to ensure accurate patient records and patient safety.

You will coordinate with billing, clinical departments and IS teams, providing 24/7 support for critical chart corrections.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RHIT or RHIA preferred.
• Two years experience in Health Information Management preferred.

Aufgaben

• Identify, assess and resolve data integrity issues within the health information system.
• Perform daily chart corrections and enable timely data quality for patient records.
• Coordinate with billing, PAS, clinical departments and Pharmacy to ensure corrections are completed and validated.
