Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• Epic experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology required.

Responsibilities

• Scans and organizes medical record information for processing including entering into the EMR and chart tracking.
• Handles incoming calls and voicemails from patients, providers, and payors in a timely manner.
• Manages Release of Information for continuing care per department policies.
• Performs data entry and answers emails.
• Maintains required quality and productivity standards.
