White Mountain Regional Medical Center is seeking a HIM Associate to support health information management tasks in a full-time role. The associate will organize, maintain, and utilize patient health information in collaboration with the health-care team to support patient-centered care.
Responsibilities include coordinating patient records, ensuring accurate documentation, and delivering high-quality customer service under the HIM Supervisor's direction.

The Associate, Health Information Management (HIM) position is a non-clinical staff position responsible for all clerical functions necessary to organize, maintain and use patient health information. Through collaboration with all members of the health-care team, strives to support a patient centered culture and gain knowledge and skills to further the practice of the quality of patient services provided at WMRMC. Under the direction of the HIM Supervisor the associate is responsible for the coordination of patient health information as it relates to department procedures, provides a high level of customer service and answers related patient questions. May be required to exercise independent judgement in applying knowledge required to facilitate the processes of health information management.
