White Mountain Regional Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering direct patient care while collaborating with healthcare teams to enhance patient services. This role requires independent judgment and is essential for providing quality care.
Applicants must be graduates of accredited nursing schools with valid RN registration in Arizona and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and PALS within 30 days of hire. Preferred qualification includes a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and two years of experience in a patient care setting.
The Registered Nurse (RN) is a clinical position responsible for the delivery of direct patient care, utilizing the established nursing standards of care and standards of nursing practice for the patient population it serves. Through collaboration with all members of the health-care team, strives to support a patient centered culture and gain knowledge and skills to further the practice of and the quality of patient services provided at WMRMC. The Registered Nurse functions under the direction of the Nurse Manager and/or the CNO/DON and exercises independent judgement in applying professional knowledge required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified responsibilities in the delivery of quality patient care. This position is safety sensitive and subject to WMRMCs Drug & Alcohol Policy.
