As a Document Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for auditing documents for compliance to legal and company requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform legal audit of contracts to ensure contract completeness.
  • Verification of all financial terms and title requirements to ensure adherence to company’s underwriting guidelines.
  • Redaction of any personal identifiable information or bank/cc information.
  • Issues identification for any contracts missing documents or having incorrect contract information.
  • Entering pertinent audit findings into the Chorus system.
  • Carry out any reasonable request by management of which the employee is capable of performing.
  • Cross train within Department and provide support.
  • Participate on special assigned projects.
  • Act as back-up for other departmental functions.
