Responsibilities

• Input all new and changes to master data files accurately and timely across customer, product, bill of material, route, and vendor master files.
• Verify accuracy of all master data inputs.
• Handle significant/technical master data file setups between business units and IT.
• Input holiday schedule changes affecting master data.
• Process system queries/reports for management upon request.
• Perform other accounting and miscellaneous duties as requested by management.

Job Description

This is an "On-Site In-Person" role, based in our General Offices in Springfield, Missouri

The primary responsibilities include accurate and timely input for all new and additions/deletions/changes made to business unit(s) master data files. The master data files include customer, product, bill of material, route, and vendor master files in addition to all customer pricing, promotion, rebates, commission, and purchasing master files. This position will support the Springfield business unit/functions with varying degree of complexity.

Responsibilities include:

• Input all new and additions/deletions/changes made to business unit(s) master data files accurately and timely. The master data files include customer, product, bill of material, route, and vendor master files in addition to all customer pricing, promotion, discounts, rebates, commissions, and purchasing master files.
• Verify accuracy for all input made to master data files
• Input significant/technical master data file set-ups between business unit(s) and IT department
• Input holiday schedule changes that impact master data files (i.e. route run days)
• Process various system queries and/or reports for management upon request
• Perform other accounting and miscellaneous duties as requested by management.

Qualifications include:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Familiarity with master data and general ledger codes
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills with SQL, Access, Query400, ROSS, ERP systems, Internet and Adobe experience
• State/County/City Sales Taxes and IRS EIN/SSN Tax-ID# understanding
• Customer USPS-Billing and general EDI understanding
• JDE or similar purchasing system experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to troubleshoot, have strong follow up and follow through capabilities with superior attention to detail.
• Previous experience supporting multiple locations
• Solid 10-key skills
• Must have the ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced work environment
• Must be well organized, willing to work on mundane tasks repeatedly without losing accuracy, have great follow up skills and be detail oriented.

Experience working with master data in a retail and/or wholesale environment
