Job summary

VASA Fitness is opening a brand-new club and recruiting STUDIO RED Coaches to deliver high-energy interval training while ensuring an exceptional member experience. The role emphasizes safety, motivation, and inclusivity, with a supportive team culture and growth opportunities.

Coaches lead dynamic workouts, demonstrate movements, tailor modifications, and actively promote VASA Fitness amenities. Training begins in October and involves collaboration with the GFSTL and studio leadership.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current CPR/AED certification.
• NCCA-accredited Personal Training or Group Fitness Certification is required.
• Experience in leading, coaching, and communicating with groups.
• Solid knowledge of kinesiology, exercise science, and physical fitness.
• Ability to promote an upbeat, energetic training environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver energetic HIIT-style workouts as a STUDIO RED Coach.
• Greet members, set up the room, and start classes on time.
• Demonstrate exercises with proper form and provide modifications.
• Engage participants, coach, and motivate throughout the workouts.
• Recommend relevant VASA products and amenities to members.
• Encourage non-members to attend STUDIO RED classes to grow class attendance.
• Assist with post-class procedures including cleaning and organizing.
