Job summary

VASA Fitness in Wheaton, Illinois is seeking a Studio RED Coach to deliver high-energy interval training and create an exceptional member experience. You will guide classes, demonstrate movements safely, and engage with members to promote a supportive community.

Qualifying candidates have 1–2 years of group fitness experience, a current CPR/AED certification, and relevant fitness certifications. The role requires a flexible schedule and a passion for helping others achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in personal training, small group training or group fitness.
• NCCA-accredited Personal Training or Group Fitness Certification is required.
• Current CPR/AED Certification is required.
• Experience leading, coaching, or teaching a group of people.

Responsibilities

• Be punctual and prepared, greet members at the door to start class on time.
• Safely demonstrate exercises with modifications and proper form.
• Be enthusiastic, engaging, and professional while coaching.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to member needs promptly.
• Lead and motivate members throughout the workout and promote VASA products.
