Job summary

VASA Fitness in Glendale Heights is seeking a highly energetic STUDIO RED Coach to deliver high-intensity interval training and provide an exceptional member experience in a supportive, inclusive environment.

You will lead, coach, and motivate participants, demonstrate modifications, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and readiness of the studio, while promoting VASA products and encouraging non-members to join.

Qualifications

CPR/AED certification required and current.
NCCA-accredited certification required for Personal Training or Group Fitness.
Minimum experience leading, coaching, or facilitating a group of people.

Responsibilities

Be punctual and prepared, greet members, and start class on time.
Safely and accurately demonstrate exercises with modifications and ensure safety.
Be approachable, professional, enthusiastic, and engaging.
Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to member needs.
Lead workouts, move around the room, and motivate members for the entire class.
Recommend relevant VASA products and amenities meeting members' needs.
Invite non-STUDIO members to attend STUDIO RED classes to grow membership.
Coach to individuals at their fitness levels and provide modifications as needed.
Monitor effort and encourage participants using the Myzone technology.
Perform post-class cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing to maintain a safe environment.
