PRIME AE Group is seeking a Director of Transportation - Highway for our Tampa, FL office. Lead complex roadway projects, mentor multidisciplinary teams, and drive client engagement to enhance mobility, safety, and connectivity.

You will expand PRIME AE's Florida transportation presence, strengthen FDOT ties, and pursue new business opportunities while guiding project delivery and staff development.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) required; Master’s (MSCE) preferred.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in highway engineering and project management.
• Proven experience delivering DOT projects, preferably with FDOT or similar agencies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and management of transportation projects including highways, interstates, and sidewalks.
• Oversee project delivery, timelines, and budgets across multiple teams.
• Manage client relationships and business development in the North Florida region.
