Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
10/15+ years of experience in highway design, transportation engineering and management.
Professional registration (PE) in Florida.
Excellent organizational, scheduling, budgeting and quality control abilities.
Ability to market and maintain positive client and partner relationships.
Strong supervisory skills leading multiple teams and stakeholders.
Experience in design-bid-build, design-build, and on-call contracts (e.g., CSC, GEC).
Working knowledge of Bentley highway design programs (OpenRoads Designer, MicroStation, Geopak, ProjectWise).
Preferred: FDOT policies/procedures familiarity (District 1, District 7, FTE).

Responsibilities

Marketing and managing roadway design and transportation projects for FDOT and other clients.
Assist discipline and area leaders in growing the transportation practice in Tampa, FL.
Client communication and management; coordinating with subconsultants.
Mentor roadway/highway staff; ensuring ongoing communications among task leads.
