GAI Consultants seeks a Senior Engineering Director to lead Florida transportation projects. The candidate will drive business development, oversee engineers, and act as client leadership across complex roadway initiatives for FDOT and local agencies.

Required: PE license in Florida, 20+ years’ project management, and proven ability to win opportunities through strategic marketing and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with FDOT D5, Florida’s Turnpike, and CFX required; other FDOT district experience a plus.
• PE Registration in Florida is required; reciprocity in multiple states is common.
• Strong leadership, project management, and client leadership capabilities.
