Job summary

Kokosing is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead Foreman teams on large Heavy Highway/Bridge projects in Shippingport, PA. You will ensure safety, schedule development, cost control, and coordination with PMs and engineers.

Responsibilities include creating 90-day and 3-week plans, directing field crews, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining quality and compliance with policies and laws. Excellent communication required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of field management experience in construction.
• Roadway/highway experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead foreman to ensure safe, productive, quality work.
• Set a 24/7 safety culture for crews.
• Assist PM in creating project schedules.
• Develop 90-day and 3-week crew schedules.
• Conduct pre-planning and goal setting with crews.
• Oversee costs and coordinate resources and subcontractors.
