Kaw Valley Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Project Manager to lead roadway, DOT, and municipal projects from design through construction across multiple Kansas locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering is required.
• PE license or near obtaining is required.
• 10+ years in transportation engineering.
• Experience with DOT standards, roadway design and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Manage transportation projects from design through construction.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and agencies (KDOT, local municipalities).
• Oversee design plans, specifications, and permitting.
• Maintain project schedule and budget and drive progress.
• Coordinate internal teams and mentor junior staff.
