Benesch, based in Topeka, Kansas, is seeking an experienced Roadway Group Manager to lead their Kansas-based transportation engineering efforts. The right candidate will manage project teams and develop client relationships across various projects involving roadway planning and design, ensuring both budget and schedule accountability.

This role offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing flexibility in the office or remote work settings. Ideal candidates will have a BSCE degree, the ability to get licensed in Kansas and Missouri, and proven skills in project delivery and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a BSCE or related discipline is required.
• Professional Engineer licensure in Kansas and Missouri or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Experience in project development and delivery of roadway planning or traffic engineering.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Kansas-based roadway engineering group.
• Accountable for budget and schedule of projects.
