Job summary

Professional Engineering Consultants is seeking an experienced Highway Project Manager to lead transportation design and delivery for roadway projects from concept through construction.

The PM will manage scope, schedule, cost, risks, and client satisfaction, coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and high-quality results for PEC clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field from ABET Accredited University.
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience as a discipline/task lead.
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in Project Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in Engineering Design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule, and cost to deliver roadway projects on time and within budget.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with internal and external members for fee proposals and contracts.
• Communicate risk and progress to stakeholders and client.
