Job summary

I-77 Mobility Partners LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to operate automotive and maintenance equipment and support highway infrastructure on the I-77 Express Lanes project in Charlotte, NC. The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and involves safety-focused daily task execution.

You will train less experienced personnel, perform skilled highway maintenance, and contribute to efficient traffic operations and project upkeep. Working conditions are on-site along the corridor.

Responsibilities

• Operates assigned automotive and construction equipment such as tractors, mowers, sweepers and bucket trucks to complete daily assignments.
• Inspects equipment for proper operating condition, performs minor repairs or adjustments, and assists in repairs as required.
• Performs skilled maintenance on the I-77 Express Lanes Project as required.
• Performs general duties including traffic control, pavement repair, landscaping, painting and relamp.
