Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
For Senior: 18+, valid driver's license, and Class A or B CDL with air brakes and tanker endorsements within 60 days of employment.
Preferred: experience operating heavy equipment or farming background; CDL with tanker, pesticide license, basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Operate trucks and light equipment for highway maintenance.
Operate heavy equipment to maintain highways and right of way.
Install signs, fences, guardrails using post drivers and hand tools.
Patch and seal highways and structures; perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.
Provide traffic control for construction and maintenance projects.
Snow removal and response to emergencies; on-call as needed.
