• ECMS, or a comparable state bidding and administration system.
• Quantities, production and the monthly estimate.

Responsibilities

• Projects from award through final acceptance.
• Schedule, cost, quantities and the monthly estimate.
• Subcontracts, change orders and claims documentation.
• The authority’s project and inspection staff.
• Prevailing wage, submittals and the records public work requires.
• The superintendents and foremen on your jobs.
