Qualifications

• Five or more years managing heavy civil or highway construction.
• Public work under MassDOT, MBTA, MWRA or municipal specifications.
• Structures, drainage, utilities or roadway reconstruction.
• Quantities, production and the monthly requisition.
• Staged construction with traffic maintained through the work.

Responsibilities

• Contracts from award through final acceptance
• Schedule, quantities, cost and the monthly requisition
• Utility relocation, drainage and structures
• Subcontracts, change orders and claims documentation
• The resident engineer, authority staff and municipal engineers
• Submittals, certified payroll and prevailing wage records
• Superintendents, foremen and project engineers on your contracts
