Kenosha County in Wisconsin seeks an influential leader to plan, organize, and supervise field maintenance operations and project activities within the Highway Division. You will directly lead, schedule, and support field crews in their daily activities, including snow and ice removal and road maintenance.

The role requires coordinating with local agencies, managing safety programs, and ensuring OSHA/compliance while actively participating in hiring and performance reviews.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Some post-secondary education, preferred.
• Supervisory experience in highway road maintenance or construction.

Responsabilidades

• Leads, plans and coordinates schedules, overseeing field crews performing highway maintenance and construction projects.
• Promotes a positive, respectful, and high-performing team environment through open communication and collaboration.
• Maintains safety programs, guidelines, and regulations while ensuring compliance with procedures.
• Manages crews and equipment for snow/ice control operations including plowing and salting.
• Assists in development of short- and long-term scheduling to maximize efficiency.
