Qualifications

• Develops short- and long-term schedules and assigns resources.
• Ensures safety programs and regulatory compliance across operations.
• Oversees snow and ice control and emergency response coordination.
• Coordinates with municipalities and state agencies for projects.
• Maintains records, timecards, and performance evaluations.
