Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class A or Class B CDL (or obtain one within 90 days).
• Pass a drug test.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local highway guidelines and INDOT standards.
• Ability to independently lead and coordinate a crew in the field.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical documents.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate work crews for general highway maintenance.
• Perform snow and ice removal and winter operations duties.
• Maintain, repair, and install traffic signs and pavement markings.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Communicate with contractors to ensure INDOT compliance.
• Perform inspections and basic equipment maintenance.
