Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, seeks a Construction Manager to lead highway construction and asphalt/concrete projects. You will manage field teams, control schedules and budgets, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors to deliver quality results.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in CM or related field, proven leadership, safety focus, and the ability to travel and work nights/weekends as needed. This role offers growth within a stable, nationwide construction group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field or equivalent training/experience.
• Valid state driver's license and satisfactory driving record required.
• Proven experience in highway construction or similar duties.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working culture and oversee safety programs.
• Serve as project manager for construction crews and set objectives within policy.
• Coordinate with prime client and subcontractors to facilitate activities.
• Monitor project progress to meet schedule and budget; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and financial aspects to protect company interests.
