Job summary

Texas Materials seeks a Construction Manager to lead highway construction and asphalt/concrete projects in Texas. You will manage crews, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and drive safety and efficiency on site.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in construction management, strong leadership, and the ability to manage budgets and schedules while maintaining compliance with safety standards. Travel and long hours may be required.

• Identify and negotiate change orders as projects evolve.
• Develop and maintain operational backlog and team performance.
