Qualifications

• Education, training, and/or experience in engineering, a technical field, or another related area demonstrating competency in reviewing technical plans, drafting diagrams and reports, collecting data, and analyzing datasets for trends.
• Ability to review technical plans, draft diagrams and reports, collect data, and analyze datasets.

Responsibilities

• Document highway assets for location, condition, and layout for database entry.
• Assist with development of contract specifications and plans; perform routine construction inspection.
• Assist with drafting simple culvert designs and with drainage basin characteristics using USGS data and computer software.
