Responsibilities

• Assists student(s) in physical tasks and to reinforce instructional content.
• Works with small groups of students to reinforce material under the direction of the teacher.
• Establishes a supportive relationship with students and communicates progress to staff.
• Operates and cares for instructional equipment.
• Assists with classroom environment and strategy implementation.
• Supervises students during drills, assemblies, field trips, and activities.
• Assists substitutes and maintains records and documentation.
