High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top-Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who thrive without hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents in urgent financial need
• Agents unable to purchase their own leads
• Agents requiring constant guidance
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-50-70/month)
• Uncoachable agents with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well
• Agents comfortable with high premiums (average over $250/month)
• Self-motivated agents ready to follow an effective system

Our company partners with premium lead vendors and top insurance carriers, specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL, IBC, and FIA. We operate entirely virtually via phone and Zoom meetings.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating premiums between $7,000 and $15,000. We do not participate in lead assist programs and offer high starting contracts, proven training, and trusted lead sources.
