High End Insurance Sales Agency Hiring Top-Tier Salespeople

We are seeking motivated, self-managed sales professionals who excel independently and are confident in their abilities.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money
• Agents unable to purchase their own leads
• Agents requiring hand-holding at every step
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-50-70/month)
• Uncoachable individuals with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and effectively
• Agents comfortable with high premiums (average over $250/month)
• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system

Our company partners with premium lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We focus on high-ticket sales through virtual meetings (phone/Zoom), with agents typically investing $1,000-$1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000-$15,000 in premium.

We do not participate in lead assist programs, but offer high starting contracts, proven training, and trusted lead sources. We are expanding our team and invite dedicated agents to join us.
