High End Insurance Sales Agency Looking for Top Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel without close supervision.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money
• Agents unable to purchase their own leads
• Agents who require hand-holding at every step
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Uncoachable individuals with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients
• Agents comfortable with high premiums, averaging over $250/month
• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, offering high-ticket products such as IUL, IBC, and FIA. We operate exclusively through virtual meetings (telephone and Zoom), focusing on high-value sales. Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating premiums between $7,000 and $15,000. We do not participate in lead assist programs.
