High End Insurance Sales Agency Seeking Top Tier Salespeople

We are a high-end insurance sales agency looking for self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who require minimal supervision.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate for immediate income
• Agents who cannot invest in their own leads
• Agents needing hand-holding at every step
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Uncoachable agents with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information
• Agents comfortable with high premiums, averaging over $250/month
• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket products such as indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).

We are distinct from traditional life insurance companies selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom, with agents typically investing $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We do not engage in lead assist programs, but we offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are simply looking to expand our team with more high-end agents.
