High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Salespeople

We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who require minimal supervision.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money urgently due to desperation
• Agents unable to purchase their own leads to generate sales
• Agents who require hand-holding at every step
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Uncoachable individuals with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent, articulate agents with effective communication skills
• Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month
• Agents who are motivated by a proven system and are ready to follow it

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We do not sell traditional life insurance products like final expense or mortgage protection; our focus is on high-value policies.

All our sales are conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom, across the US.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads and generate between $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums.

We do not participate in lead assist programs.
