High-End Insurance Sales Agency - Seeking Top-Tier Salespeople

We are a high-end insurance sales agency looking for self-motivated, self-managed top performers who don't require hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money out of desperation
• Agents who cannot afford their own leads
• Agents who need constant guidance
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-50-70/month)
• Uncoachable agents with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent, articulate agents with effective communication skills
• Agents comfortable with high premiums, averaging over $250/month
• Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We do not sell traditional life insurance or low-premium products. All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.

Our agents typically spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales. We do not participate in lead assist programs.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source. We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
