We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking self-motivated, self-managed sales professionals who excel independently and require minimal supervision.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate
• Agents unable to invest in their own leads to generate sales
• Agents who require hand-holding at every step
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Uncoachable agents with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients
• Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month
• Agents who are self-motivated and ready to follow a proven system

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We differ from traditional life insurance companies; we focus on high-value products and conduct 100% of our business virtually via phone and Zoom meetings.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are simply looking to expand our team with more talented agents.
