High-End Insurance Sales Agency seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and independent.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

1. Agents who desperately need to make money.
2. Agents who cannot afford their own leads.
3. Agents who require hand-holding at every step.
4. Cheap agents selling low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).
5. Uncoachable individuals with a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

1. Competent, well-spoken agents with effective communication skills.
2. Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month.
3. Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We do not focus on traditional life insurance or low-premium policies.

All our sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom. Typically, our agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums.

We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are simply looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
