High End Insurance Sales Agency - Seeking Top Tier Salespeople

We are a high-end insurance sales agency looking for self-motivated, self-managing top performers who do not need hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money out of desperation
• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads
• Agents who require hand-holding at every step
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Uncoachable agents with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent, articulate agents with effective communication skills
• Agents comfortable showing high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month
• Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We do not sell traditional life insurance or low-premium policies.

All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom. Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are simply looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
