High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and don't need their hand held.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate.
• Agents who can't buy their own leads to make sales.
• Agents who need hand-holding every step of the way.
• Cheap agents who sell policies costing $30-50-70/month.
• People who are not coachable and have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents who speak well and communicate effectively.
• Agents comfortable showing high premium policies; our average client pays over $250/month.
• Agents who don't need motivation and are ready to follow a proven system.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket products like IUL, IBC, and FIA.

We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom meetings.

Our average agent spends $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premium.

We do not participate in lead assist programs.
