• Agents who CAN'T buy their own leads to make sales.
• Agents who NEED their hand held every step of the way.
• Cheap agents who sell policies worth $30-50-70/month.
• Individuals who are NOT coachable and have a giant ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents who speak well and can communicate effectively.
• Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month if you know what you're doing.
• Agents who are ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT your traditional life insurance company selling low-premium products like traditional life, final expense, or mortgage protection.

All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings across the US.

Our agents typically spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium.

We do NOT operate lead assist programs.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.

We are looking to expand our team with more high-end agents.
