High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel without constant oversight.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money without a proven system
• Agents unable to invest in their own leads
• Agents needing hand-holding at every step
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Uncoachable agents with a large ego

Who We Are Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and effectively

Our company partners with top lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We focus on virtual sales via phone and Zoom, with agents typically investing $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums.

We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. Our goal is to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
