We are looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently without constant supervision.
Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We do not focus on traditional life insurance or low-premium policies.
All our business is conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom meetings. The typical agent invests $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.
We do not offer lead assist programs. We provide high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. Our goal is to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
