High End Insurance Sales Agency Hiring Top Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who do not require hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money
• Agents who cannot purchase their own leads
• Agents who need guidance at every step
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-50-70/month)
• Uncoachable individuals with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well
• Agents comfortable with high premiums (average over $250/month)
• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system

Our company partners with top lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket products such as IUL, IBC, and FIA. We operate exclusively through virtual meetings (telephone and Zoom) and focus on high-value policies.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating premiums between $7,000 and $15,000. We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.
