We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking self-motivated, self-managed sales professionals who excel without constant supervision.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money, needing immediate income
• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads
• Agents who require hand-holding at every step
• Cheap agents selling policies under $100/month
• Uncoachable individuals with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and effectively

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end carriers offering high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. Unlike traditional life insurance companies, we focus on high-value policies and conduct 100% of our sales virtually via phone or Zoom.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium. We do not participate in lead assist programs, but we offer high starting contracts, proven training, and trusted lead sources. We are expanding our team and invite motivated agents to join us.
