High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Performers

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing salespeople who excel independently, without needing hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money, unable to buy their own leads.
• Agents who require constant guidance and support.
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month).
• Individuals who are uncoachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively articulate value.
• Agents comfortable discussing high premium policies, with clients paying over $250/month.
• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We operate exclusively through virtual meetings (telephone and Zoom), focusing on premium sales averaging between $7,000 and $15,000, with weekly lead investments of $1,000 to $1,500.

We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are expanding our team and invite motivated agents to join us.
