The higher education transformation lead will own senior client relationships, shape design, drive implementation, and deliver measurable outcomes across finance, HR, payroll, procurement, and research administration, in a complex, decentralized environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of consulting or functional experience in higher education.
• 7+ years of hands-on Cloud ERP delivery in higher education with senior delivery experience.
• Experience engaging directly with senior functional executives in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cloud ERP engagements for college and university clients, delivering transformation.
• Own senior client relationships with executives (Finance, CFO, CHRO, etc.).
• Drive functional design decisions for decentralized finance and HR structures and governance models.
• Lead change management strategies within your domain and engage faculty stakeholders.
• Own integration strategies connecting ERP to student systems, research platforms, and advancement systems.
• Bring AI-assisted delivery and platform-native AI capabilities into engagements.
